Turtle Wealth Management Pvt. Ltd. is a SEBI registered Portfolio Manager offering Discretionary and Advisory Portfolio Management Services, along with related offerings. The specific scope, strategy, fees, charges, minimum investment, and terms applicable to your investment are governed solely by the Disclosure Document filed with SEBI and the executed Client Agreement entered into between you and the Company. In the event of any inconsistency, the Disclosure Document and the Client Agreement shall prevail over any information presented on the Website.

To avail our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. The Company is committed to the fair and prompt resolution of client grievances in accordance with SEBI requirements. If you have a complaint or grievance, you may contact us using the details below. Investors may also escalate unresolved complaints through SEBI’s SCORES platform (www.scores.sebi.gov.in) and, where applicable, the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) mechanism specified by SEBI.
