Responsibilities and Duties
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives and increase market share in the AAC sector.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team to enhance performance and foster a high-performance culture. Conduct regular training and development sessions.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues proactively.
- Sales Performance: Set sales targets and KPIs for the team. Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Brand Development: Oversee brand positioning and messaging. Ensure consistency in marketing materials and communications across all channels.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, technical, and finance, to align strategies and ensure seamless operations.
- Networking and Representation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions. Promote the company’s vision and products to a broader audience.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
