Step 1: Documents Submission
- Documents required for Digital onboarding from client-
- PAN Card
- Aadhar card
- Cheque copy
- Passport size photograph
- Wet Signature
- Nominee ID proof
Also, the client needs fill the google form through the below link for additional details
Step 2: Consent and E-sign verification
- Once all the documents and details are received, we will start with the KYC process and generate consent and E-sign emails.
- The generated Consent email will be sent to the client on his provided email ID. The client needs to open the email, capture their live photo and type down the DECLARATION as mentioned in the link and complete the mobile number. verification through OTP.
- Once Consent is given by the client two emails (one for Orbis Document and one for Turtle PMS Document) for E-sign will reflect shortly.
Client needs to
- Click on Sign Document
- Click on box to give consent to capture face
- Click on Proceed
- Capture your live face picture
- Click on box to give consent and Proceed to esign
- Click on the checkbox and enter Aadhaar No. to generate OTP
- Enter OTP received on the Aadhaar linked mobile no.
- Click verify OTP
- Done
Same process is needs to be done for other E-sign email as well
Step3: Account activation & Fund transfer
- After this whole process is completed from client ends, the account gets activated within 2-3 working days and client can transfer the funds.
Step 4: Stock allocation & Login Credentials
- Once the account is opened and client master is received from the custodian, client can transfer funds and the allocation of funds will be done as per the discretion of the portfolio manager. Client will also get the access of the back office and login ID and password for the same will be received by the client on their registered email id within 5 working days.
Non-Individual
Step 1 : Documents submission
- Documents required for Digital onboarding from client:
- Certificate of Incorporation
- MOA & AOA/ Partnership Deed/ Trust Deed
- Copy of company PAN Card
- Proof of address of the entity
- Copy of Audited Annual Accounts for latest 2 Financial Years
- Latest shareholding pattern showing details of those holding control, either directly or indirectly, in the company
- Proof of Identity & Proof of Address of Individual Promoters- PAN Card and Adhaar Card
- Details of Directors/ Partners/ Trustees/ Coparceners (HUF)
- One Cancelled cheque copy
Also, the client needs to provide few additional details
- Contact Details of the entity
- Contact details of Individual Promoters
- Annual income and Net worth of the entity
Step 2: Preparation of Annexures and other documents
- Once the soft copies of the documents and details are received, we prepare the forms and Annexures are prepared and share to the clients for stamps and signatures.
Step 3: Account activation & Fund transfer
- After this whole process is completed from client ends, the account gets activated within 7-10 working days and client can transfer the funds.
Step 4: Stock allocation & Login Credentials.
- Once the account is opened and client master is received from the custodian, client can transfer funds and the allocation of funds will be done as per the discretion of the portfolio manager.
