At Turtle, we all believe in Supreme power of God, not with any religion, but as in the part of Spirituality, nothing is as amazing than to keep God as our Partner.
We believe that the only thing which is in our control is taking the Right action with the Right Motives, the rest of everything is out of our control, and that’s the reason God is our “CRO aka Chief Result Officer”.
Let’s take an example, we invest in a xyzzy company, and the only thing we can do is Follow our process, and be honest with our Vision and Values, tomorrow what will happen to the Markets or the Company eventually no one can control.
As Turtle Team we don’t give too much focus on discussing Results, as it is not in our control, we thrive to make our Process and Action too strong, that result must be a by-product of itself.
That also doesn’t mean we are not concerned about the results of our actions, of course, we are, if any decision goes wrong, rather than regretting that decision, we seek to learn from them and make sure that we will never repeat that mistake again and make our process stronger.
We believe strongly what is quoted in Bhagavad Gita 2.47
कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन । मा कर्मफलहेतुः भूः मा ते सङ्गः अस्त्वकर्मणि ॥
“Let your concern (or focus) be on your action, let it not be on the outcome of the action. Do not act only out of expectation of a result, but then do not slip into inactivity.”
